  • Tom Fanning

    Tom is a CEO and entrepreneur bringing forth 21st century residence communities in the US and internationally. He has lived in Castle Rock for the past 23 years, and his wife, Sharon, is a middle school teacher in Douglas County.

    Tom is a former member of the Urban Land Institute - Colorado Council and he is also the former President of the Castle Rock Players.

    He enjoys a wonderful, extended family which spans across multiple generations (yes, he is a Dad and Papa) and enjoys a mixture of trail running, skiing, and yoga.

    Tom feels blessed to live in Colorado aside great friends and colleagues.

  • Nadene Klein, M.Ed

    Nadene Klein, M.Ed. is a high school science teacher working at an alternative high school serving at-risk youth. She is passionate about science education and has been a professional educator for over 25 years.

    Nadene has earned numerous honors, awards, and grants throughout the years. She speaks at state, regional, and national conferences regarding methods for teaching science, blended and personalized learning, instructional design, as well as professional development.

    Nadene enjoys spending time with her husband and hiking, camping, skiing, volleyball, wine tasting, going to movies, reading, and gardening.

  • Dan Morris

    FINANCIAL ADVISOR

    Dan is a Financial Advisor with High Point Financial Group, Lakewood, CO. Dan enjoys being a part of a team of fiduciary advisors working with business owners, non-profit organizations, and individuals to address their strategic financial planning needs.

    Dan’s business ownership and strategic planning experience lends to a high level of trust in his relationships with executives and business owners.

    Dan is married to Shelly, and has two boys, Jake and Drew, ages 15 and 11. He is a devoted father and husband and is deeply invested in the community through various activities.

    When not watching his boys play sports, Dan enjoys camping, fishing, motorcycle riding and golfing.

  • Sharon Wheeler

    FOUNDER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Sharon is a successful business woman and entrepreneur. She thrives in building successful platforms that can make a difference, not only in the community, but on a global level.

    Sharon’s education and experience in business for over 35 years is the fuel for creating Purple Lotus WARRIOR Yoga, the sister foundation to Purple Lotus Wellness Yoga. After experiencing great personal tragedy, Sharon is dedicated to supporting mental health and well-being for others.

    When Sharon is between board duties and classes on the mat, she enjoys coveted time with her two grown children, traveling, hiking, spending time in nature, reading, and sharing community time with her family and friends.

  • Paige Farrington

    Paige Farrington is a Spiritual Entrepreneur and the Founder of Love Ignites Peace - a movement created to inspire a new paradigm for humanity’s evolution.

    Paige started her career working at Union Pacific Railroad. In the early 2000’s she and her husband started their own rail-based oil brokerage.

    In 2008, Paige received the words “Love Ignites Peace” (LIP). Those words guided her personal transformation and now she combines her soul’s purpose with her entrepreneurial background, passionately sharing LIP’s messaging with the world.

    Paige enjoys spending time with her family, deepening her yoga practice, writing and enjoying fine food with a good glass of wine.

  • Gary Metz

    Gary is a retired professional Firefighter who spent almost thirty years as a Firefighter Paramedic, Paramedic Captain at Littleton Fire Rescue. During that time he was also employed as a Flight Paramedic for over 7 years.

    After being disabled in 2004, Gary spent time as a fire service training Captain, Fire Science and EMS instructor at Red Rocks Community College. He also served as an Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support instructor for 31 years.

    Gary finally retired his Paramedic license on January 21, 2021, due to the Covid pandemic, after serving 44 years as a Paramedic.

  • Lynn Rich, CMA, EA

    Lynn is the owner of Rich Tax and Accounting, LLC, established in 2000, which offers Tax Preparation and Planning, Accounting/Bookkeeping Services and Cash Flow Management. Lynn handles individual, corporate, partnership, trust, nonprofit and payroll tax reporting. She specializes in accounting services for small businesses. .

    Lynn has practiced in the accounting field since 1985. She has her B.S. in Accounting/Finance and her CMA designation. In addition, she earned her Enrolled Agent Certificate, licensing her to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

    For fun, Lynn enjoys hiking in the beautiful Colorado foothills.  She has 5 grandchildren that live nearby and are the joy of her life.

  • Kevin Ruble, MBA, RScP

    Kevin is a conscious capitalist and develops conscious, employee-owned organizations with a primary objective of making a significant positive impact in the world. 

    He has been active in the employee ownership community for three decades, most recently as founder, president and CEO of Marquette Rail, the world’s only majority employee-owned railroad.  He previously served as a consultant to employee-owned emerging growth companies, focusing on the development of highly effective ownership cultures. 

    Kevin is a licensed spiritual Practitioner and earned a BBA in Economics from Sam Houston State University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Dallas. 

    His leisure time activities include hiking, snowboarding and other outdoor activities, particularly with his son and daughter. In addition, he is an avid railroad enthusiast and instrument-rated private pilot.

  • Rosemary Monk, MA, LPC

    Rose is a practicing Professional Licensed Counselor (LPC). Her professional background and education gives her a unique and effective approach to counseling clients experiencing crisis, trauma, relationship complications, emotional difficulties, or behavioral issues.

    Rose has a passion for assisting in the healing process and finding a path to progress. She is an integrative counselor and utilizes many different approaches through an integrative process. She is studied in and practices EMDR, Atipp, Emotional Focused Therapy Tapping, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotional Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Couples counseling.

    Rose enjoys going to movies, traveling, fine dining and anything having to do with sunshine.
